ABOUT
I started my first business in 1997, McLellan Construction, with a focus on garages. Since then the business has evolved into McLellan Renovations. We still do garages, and have added general contracting, kitchen and bathroom remodels, porches, decks and patios, as well as custom tiling (floors, backsplashes, showers, etc). From new construction to coaxing an 1890's Victorian back to life, I take pride in each and every project.
Details and wants can change from project to project, so I prefer to provide an estimate after talking with you. This helps me be more accurate and set expectations. I will say that I am extremely reasonable and fair with my pricing.
